Purpose

Our purpose is to empower our clients to join in no matter what fitness level they are at. Can’t do a burpee, no problem we have a solution for that. We pride ourselves in being inclusive, friendly, and welcoming making all our clients feel at home no matter what stage of their fitness journey.

Relatable

We know gyms can be scary and daunting, where to start and what to do next and bored with doing the same every day. But that is NOT us! There is always a Coach at every session. They will lead your warmup, explain your workout and demonstrate the exercises and be right there to encourage and motivate you to get the most out of your session!

Everything great start somewhere. We do not just focus on the numbers. Yes, losing inches and weight can be a great bonus if weight loss is your goal. But we celebrate the big and small wins here and there to support you through your fitness journey through to success. We believe in development, growth, and potential. Unlike a gym or other online programs you’ll never be left to your own devices. All our sessions, whether at the studio or online, are guided by a coach… encouraging you every step of the way.

Lifestyle change not a quick fix

We can never stress this point enough. I don’t pride myself in helping you drop a dress size or tons off weight in just 4 weeks by putting you on a ridicules diet that will leave you feeling miserable and deprived. Nor do I make the sessions so hard that you hate every minute of it and left feeling deflated. My plan is realistic and achievable and not just help you reach your goals but help you hold on to your results. My workouts aren’t aimed to ‘beast’ you as that take no skill; my sessions are designed to make you grow stronger and better with confidence each and every session.

Goal Driven

Behind every person I have helped, including myself, there is a story and a very strong reason ‘why’. We all have different abilities, fitness levels and goals, but my job as your coach is to help you recognize what they are, understand them and finding the path to achieve them. I believe in having goals that can get you focused and aren’t just based around the numbers on the scales. Goals that will leave you feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident. And we will share and celebrate our wins no matter how big or small.

It’s all about Balance

It’s all about finding the right balance. Balance is everything! I have created the perfect program to achieve this and help you kick start your fitness journey to become more motivated and determinant to have a healthy balanced lifestyle not just for 4 weeks or 6 weeks but for life! A lifestyle where you don’t feel deflated and deprived like other “quick fix” programs leave you feeling.

An online program with workouts that you do with me to help you stay motivated, including ideas to stay active whilst doing jobs around the house, having fun with the family and even on holiday! And an in person FitCamp Revolution program at my studio where we train together in small groups of likeminded people all after similar results within a supportive and friendly community. No boring machines or treadmills in sight! For both online and in person programs I have put together a variety of recipes that won't make you feel deprived or like you are missing out, which will include a meal planner and shopping list to make it quick and easy to follow!
