I have just finished a 6 week restore course, I have found it really helpful and can already feel the difference. Annelize is a brilliant instructor, she is knowledgeable and able to answer all questions asked, and she understands the needs of mums. She also made me feel at ease, it was a very friendly and relaxed class. I am looking forward to starting the baby class next week!
Totally recommend Annelize and her classes! I have attended the week day sessions, the Saturday morning Bootcamp and the core and restore programme. All are excellent! It’s so helpful to be able to take my little one along and has stopped me from feeling isolated when I first moved to Cheltenham – as well as getting fit.
I have been going along to these classes since June and I absolutely love it. So much so, I now attend 3 classes a week!! I love cake so have to work out! Annelize is really good with the babies, especially mine as he is now on the move! I cannot recommend these classes enough; you get to work out whilst knowing the babies are also enjoying themselves. Great work Annelize!
I can’t recommend One Fit Mama enough!! I love attending these classes once a week. Annelize is a great instructor and amazing with the babies, she will try her best to attend to unhappy babies whilst you carry on exercising. I love being able to exercise whilst not worrying about child care and my daughter loves playing and watching mum sweat. You can just be yourself in these classes and I have never felt self-conscious of my post baby body. Thank you.
I love my workouts here. I like working energetically and to get sweaty and this is perfect. But equally if someone wanted to take it slow then that’s possible too. Great that babies can be there, my little one likes watching it all going on and if she starts crying I just add her to my exercising! I really like the fact that I also get support to make modifications from Annelize to care for my body. Totally recommend it!
My daughter asked if I would like to go with her to Boot camp on a Saturday morning … it gave me time with my daughter and grandson whilst working out. It’s fun and we have a laugh but also get fit. From a grandmothers point of view it’s worth every minute of it. You can also take your children with you which is brilliant and they join in the exercise. Most of all, the lady who runs Bootcamp, Annelize, is brilliant!
Absolutely love the classes even with injuries and having custom made workouts for all needs are amazing!!!! Having all the kids playing whilst working out sounds crazy but it works!! Definitely would recommend to any mum looking to get fit. I’ve lost 1.2 stone and dropped inches from these classes! Big shout out to the OFM Cheltenham classes.
The core restore class has been great to teach me what exercises to do/avoid. It was so convenient to bring my twins (and Annelize was always happy to hold one if they were crying!), it’s given me some confidence to start exercising again.
I absolutely love exercise and couldn’t wait to get back in the groove post pregnancy, but finding the time to go to the gym now I have a little one has proven more difficult than I expected. Being able to bring my little girl along to an exercise session is awesome as she gets a bit of social interaction and I get a much needed workout to start working on my mummy tummy and get my six pack back. I’d tried a couple of other “Mummy Exercise Classes” beforehand and didn’t feel I got much of a workout, so was sceptical before coming along but was pleasantly proved wrong. I would recommend to any Mummies looking to get a bit of exercise but doesn’t have childcare.

I have been going to One Fit Mama from the very first class in Brockworth and I absolutely love it and my little boy does too! So far he can do a squat, a sort of burpee and always runs around stretching his arms! It’s a great workout in a nice child friendly environment and Annelize is a lovely and encouraging trainer! My dad who I run with has commented on how much stronger my running has become and it’s because of this class so thank you Annelize.

I have been going to OneFitMama in Cheltenham from the very first class. 8 weeks post c-section and very unfit. After the warm up on my first class I wanted to leave, I thought the class wasn’t for me but I decided to give it a go for one month and see how I got on. Months later I’m still going and loving it, I can even hold a plank for 30 seconds.
Annelize has been my Personal Trainer throughout my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable, great fun and I trust her completely to know what my pregnant body can and can’t handle exercise wise. She is flexible with respect to getting sessions booked in and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
