Fitcamp

Think of Fitcamp as the wildcard of your week. It’s strength, sweat, mobility, and feel-good energy all rolled into 30 minutes.

Each session is different — blending circuits, functional movement, and high-energy challenges to keep your body adapting and your mind engaged.

You’ll train for real-world strength: move better, lift stronger, and improve your fitness for life, not just for the scale.

StrengthCamp

No fluff, no guesswork — just focused strength training in a small group personal training environment.

Run in 4-week blocks, these sessions help you build real strength, improve form, and track progress, all without intimidation. Lift better, move well, and watch your results grow in a safe, supportive setting.

BoxFit

Gloves on, stress off. BoxFit mixes boxing skills, cardio bursts, pad work, and bag drills into a full-body, feel-good workout.

It’s more than fitness — it’s therapy, energy release, and calorie burning, all wrapped in fun, supportive sessions. No ring, no bruises, just a full-body workout that leaves you smiling.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone, tighten, and strengthen your lower body with this focused, low-impact session.

We squat, lunge, crunch, and pulse — all while keeping things fun and engaging. You’ll feel the burn, enjoy the results, and build real functional strength in your legs, glutes, and core.

Pilates

Find balance, strength, and posture with Pilates sessions that focus on controlled movement and core activation.

Perfect for improving flexibility, joint health, and confidence in your body, these sessions are ideal for all abilities. Move with precision, ease tension, and build long-term strength.

With over a decade in the fitness game and 5+ years running Studio Fit Gloucester, Annelize is the powerhouse behind it all!

Annelize thrives on challenge — from muddy obstacle races to Hyrox competitions — all while running Studio Fit Gloucester for over five years. She specialises in postnatal fitness, pelvic health, and helping people achieve results in a supportive, motivating environment.

Bungee Fit Coach | Future PE Teacher

At 16, Chané is already making waves at Studio Fit Gloucester - literally bouncing hervway into hearts (and harnesses)! As Annelize’s daughter, fitness is her blood.

Chané brings unstoppable energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every Bungee Fit session. She makes high-energy movement fun and memorable.
