Class Fit Mums

This is our postnatal fitness programme to help mums return to exercise safely after having a baby. All exercises are modified and adapted to fit your recovery and level of fitness!

You can attend these 45 min sessions with or without your little one (including school age siblings in the holidays). Mums that attend our classes sometimes even bring their own mums to join in.

These sessions are also offered fully funded for 6 weeks for mums diagnosed with postnatal depression. Mums can attend these classes from 6 weeks post natural birth and 8 to 12 weeks post c-section.

Class Fit Buggy Mums

This is our outdoor fitness program where you exercise with your little one in their buggy! No running so no need for a special running buggy and you can even attend without a buggy (or a child)!

Mums can attend these classes from 6 weeks post natural birth and 8 to 12 weeks post c-section.

Why Class Fit Buggy?

  • Bring your little one whilst you workout so no childcare needed
  • Outdoor classes... all that fresh air for you and your baby is a great added bonus
  • A chance to socialise and meet other mums
  • Don't worry if your little one cries or wants feeding or changing, you can stop whenever you need
  • Modifications available for all fitness levels and recovery stages (pelvic floor issues, tummy muscle separation, c-section recovery etc.)

Class Fit Mums Virtual

This is our Class Fit Mums sessions offered virtually to you in the comfort of your home for those who can't make it to our postnatal classes!

The same postnatal safe programme that we offer face to face with modifications and adjustments to suit your recovery and fitness level just virtual to do at home

You can do these workouts at ANYTIME that suits you.

You can pause, rewind and even do your favourite sessions again and again!

Lots of our mums who want to do more than one workout a week but are only able to attend one of our face-to-face classes sign up for this one in addition to attending our other classes.

Class Fit Antenatal Yoga

This is our Class Fit class for our pregnant mums, run by a highly qualified antenatal yoga teacher.

Pregnancy yoga can:

  • Improve sleep
  • Improve sleep
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
  • Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath

Pregnancy yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and build a community for when you become a new parent.

Class Fit Mum Restore

This programme will provide you with the tools to help repair, restore and strengthen your pelvic floor, core and glute muscles. This 6 week course uses physiotherapy exercises to help you say goodbye to little leaks and tone your abdominal muscles. As with all our Class Fit Mum classes children are welcome at this class.

Class Fit Running Mums

This is our amazing running programme to help you get back to running safely. Helping you go from running for 1 minute to consistently running for 30 minutes. A bit like a couch to 5k but with our specialist postnatal guidance. This means you will be supported and encouraged every step of the way
